It is a pure tea obtained by collecting the sprouts and the top two leaves grown in China, the homeland of white tea, and drying them in the sun in a natural way.

It is a pure and unadulterated white tea. It offers a soft drinking experience.

Preparation recommendations: It is recommended to add 1 teaspoon to 250 ml of water at a temperature of 80°C-85°C and steep for 3-5 minutes. The same tea can be brewed 2 times. There is no single correct way to brew tea, it varies according to each type of tea and people’s preferences.

The above temperature, time and quantity is a suggestion based on years of experience and you can take it as a starting point for yourself and create your own ideal brewing conditions over time. By varying the time, temperature and quantity, you can achieve more intense or milder flavors.

Keep in mind that especially with delicate leaves such as white tea, steeping with very high temperature water (scalding) will destroy the delicate flavors that follow.
