We complete our production in an average of 6-7 months with the natural fermentation method, adhering to our traditional recipe. Our vinegar contains only apples, water and salt. Apart from these, there is no substance in our vinegar. For this reason, our users should keep our vinegar well after receiving it. After opening the bottle, not even a drop of water should be dropped into it. It should be kept away from sunlight. It should be kept at room temperature in the kitchen, not in the refrigerator. If stored in this way, you can use our vinegar for years without spoiling.
