As a result of Zennup Fermented Apple Cider Vinegar's longing for naturalness, we started to produce our vinegar 20 years ago using the apples of our own garden. Our father and founder have remained faithful to the centuries-old traditional vinegar recipe he received from our grandmothers, and carried our brand to this day with his loved ones.
